This’ a review of Wise Remodeling Company performed in our Marietta, GA home during the year 2023.
The professionalism of all the personal is commendable. The management was direction of the procedures to be accomplish was impeccable and perfectly coordinated to maximize the arrival of components such jacuzzi, kitchen counter top, tiles and pluming materials.
The remodeling was large and there was no delay at any time. One of the best qualities of Mr. Elly Timoteo is his desire to make sure that we were satisfied with all the installations taking place in all areas of remodeling. Additionally, his curiosity and power of imagination were instrumental in recommending us different types of modern shower systems, jacuzzies and tiles.
We’re delighted that his company performed all the work on time. Due to the outstanding performance of this company, we recommended it to our dear friends in Marietta. And, this company accomplished another excellent job at our friends’ home.
Below is a description of the different jobs performed in our home:
MASTER BATHROOM REMODELING
LABOR Scope of Work:
demo current shower, walls and shower floors
demo bath floors, and remove old jacuzzi tub
rebuilt shower walls and floors, also bath floors make new framing for new jacuzzi tub that will be purchased from customers, also make new foundation for shower floors rebuilt shower pan liner
install new subways tiles at shower walls, bath floors will be a 12x24 porcelain tile and mosaic for shower walls to be determined by customers, also built one niche for shower walls.
reset current toilet. also install new subways tiles around the windows walls and wall behind and above where the small drop ceiling its!!
2. Pluming Material

new pluming fittings for
jacuzzi and shower also for vanity that will be replaced

built one niche on walls charge shower fixtures which will be faucets, install new sliding door for shower and paint the bathroom walls and ceiling also replace two lights at bathroom

Extra Pluming for Vanities at guest bathroom upstairs make a double connection for drainage line and water line
